Take the Castleblaney Road out of Ballybay
Take the 1st road to the right hand side (sign posted for Pearse Football Pitch)
Follow the road around keeping to the right (keeping the football pitch on your left hand side)
The 1st house on the right hand side is where you will find my new studio
The entrance to my studio is the door on the right hand side as you look at the house
